The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials , using standardized design interchangesble parts . Sending label structure adopts aluminum alloy and is surface sandblasted , bright and clean and easy maintenance, wear-resisting durable and easy to clean without distortion which in full compliance with GMP requirements .
The machine can be stand-alone operations and equipped with production line . System is controlled by German Siemens company professional programmable controller for the closed -loop of the servo motor , PLC with large-scale man- machine interface, It contains more than 100 groups of memory and can be replaced rapidly.
